HRfunc is a python preprocessing and modeling tool for estimating neural activity from hemoglobin concentration through deconvolving hemodynamic response functions and neural activity from fNIRS signals. Toeplitz deconvolution with Tikhonov regularization is employed for HRF and neural activity estimation.
