ALGORITHM and SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE to uniquely identify/validate the integrity of any EPCIS event through a common, syntax-agnostic approach based on hashing. Takes an EPCIS Document (formatted in either XML or JSON-LD) and returns the corresponding hash value(s).
